1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Class Bridge website, mobile applications, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Class Bridge ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, browsing listings, or otherwise using the Service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a minor child as a parent or legal guardian, you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and your child, and you assume full responsibility for your child's use of the Service.
2. Description of Service
Class Bridge is an online marketplace platform designed to connect families who participate in Education Savings Account (ESA) programs with qualified educational service providers, including but not limited to tutors, teachers, therapists, and other educational professionals.
The Service provides:
- A searchable directory of educational service providers
- Provider profiles with qualifications, services offered, pricing, and reviews
- Messaging tools to facilitate communication between families and providers
- Booking functionality to schedule educational services
- Review and rating systems to help families make informed decisions
- Resources and information related to ESA programs and educational options
Class Bridge acts as an intermediary platform. We facilitate connections between families and providers but do not directly provide educational services. We are not a party to the agreements made between families and providers, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any services offered through the platform.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. Class Bridge uses Netlify Identity for secure authentication. You may register using an email address and password or through supported third-party authentication providers.
3.2 Account Types
The Service supports two primary account types:
- Family Accounts: For parents and legal guardians seeking educational services for their children enrolled in ESA programs.
- Provider Accounts: For individuals and organizations offering educational services to ESA families.
3.3 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Update your information promptly to keep it accurate and complete
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
- Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing these Terms
- Not share your account credentials with any third party
Class Bridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraudulent or malicious purposes.
4. Provider Listings
4.1 Listing Accuracy
Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information included in their profiles and service listings. This includes, but is not limited to, qualifications, certifications, licensing information, service descriptions, pricing, availability, and ESA eligibility status.
4.2 Verification
While Class Bridge may, at its discretion, conduct verification checks on provider credentials or qualifications, we do not guarantee the accuracy or validity of any provider's listed credentials. Families are encouraged to independently verify provider qualifications before engaging services.
4.3 Prohibited Content
Provider listings must not contain:
- False or misleading information about qualifications, experience, or services
- Content that is discriminatory, offensive, or harmful
- Services that are not compliant with applicable ESA program regulations
- Spam, promotional content unrelated to the listed services, or duplicative listings
Class Bridge reserves the right to remove or modify any listing that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate for the platform.
5. Booking and Payments
5.1 Facilitating Connections
Class Bridge provides tools to help families discover, evaluate, and connect with educational service providers. Our platform facilitates the initial connection and communication between families and providers.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment arrangements for educational services are made directly between families and providers. Class Bridge does not process payments for educational services on behalf of providers or families, unless otherwise explicitly stated. Families and providers are responsible for negotiating, agreeing upon, and executing payment terms, including those related to ESA fund disbursement.
5.3 ESA Compliance
Families are responsible for ensuring that any services booked through Class Bridge comply with the requirements and restrictions of their specific ESA program. Providers are responsible for ensuring that the services they offer are eligible for ESA funding in the jurisdictions in which they operate. Class Bridge does not guarantee ESA eligibility for any specific service or provider.
5.4 Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies for individual services are determined by the respective provider. Class Bridge is not responsible for enforcing or mediating cancellation or refund disputes between families and providers, though we may offer tools or guidance to facilitate resolution.
6. Reviews and Ratings
6.1 Honest Reviews
Class Bridge encourages families to leave honest, constructive reviews and ratings for the providers they have engaged with. Reviews should be based on genuine, first-hand experiences with the provider's services.

- Not solicit or offer compensation in exchange for reviews
6.3 Review Moderation
Class Bridge reserves the right to remove, edit, or decline to publish any review that violates these guidelines or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate. Providers may respond to reviews publicly but may not harass or intimidate reviewers.
